Sabine Rancy & Dany Renz, horses at liberty"Liberty act", "Horses at liberty": Unmounted horses presented from the center of the ring by an equestrian directing his charges with his voice, body movements, and signals from a ''chambrière'' (French), or long whip., in the French Television show La Piste aux Etoiles, filmed at the Cirque Municipal in Amiens. The Cirque Rancy had acquired this group of horses from Cirkus Schumann, which had just ceased its activities; the group was trained by Albert Schumann. (1970)
