Juggler

Born in Germany, Michael Korthaus was initially trained as a musician before turning to juggling. A very innovative performer, he has created an original act, Super Miko, The Video Game Boy, with which he won a Bronze Medal at the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain in Paris in 1995. He has since created another comedy act, Ping Pong Pop, in which he juggles ping pong balls with his mouth, in the manner of El Gran Picaso, and plays music spitting them on a keyboard, and a stage show, Green Gift, with his partner, Stefanie Bonse.

Michael has appeared extensively in German Variete theaters, including the Friedrichsbau Variete in Stuttgart, GOP in Hannover, Traumtheater Salomé, and Chamäleon in Berlin. He has also been featured at Circus Kronebau in Munich, and with the Österreichischer National-Circus Louis Knie in Austria, and in many variety shows, television shows, and special events around the world.
